“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”

― Brené Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection

Welcome to S(h)elf Care, the book club organized by the University Library and the Student Wellbeing Point where we read, get together, get creative, enjoy pizza, and get real with each other.

At the moment, we are reading 'The Gifts of Imperfection' by Brené Brown. A motivational and inspiring book to wholehearted living. With original research and plenty of encouragement, she explores the psychology of releasing our definitions of an “imperfect” life and embracing living authentically.

Every person that joined the kick-off in November and got their free copy of the book is welcome to join us on the 15th of February at 17:00 for some free pizza and drinks, crafts and great conversations around this book.

When: 15 February 2024, 17:00-18:30

Where: Library Lounge (Library 1st floor)

What: Free pizza and drinks, crafts, good conversations
