Date: 27 November 2024 @ 16:00 - 18:00
Timezone: Amsterdam
Join us at the Library Lounge for the screening of 'How to Blow Up a Pipeline' (2022)!
Based on ecologist Andreas Malm (Lund University)’s eponymous 2021 book analysing forms of climate action and climate fatalism, this fictionalised film by dir. Daniel Goldhaber explores moral and political questions about the complicities and resistances that are imaginable in face of the climate crisis.
The screening of the film will be preceded by a short intro by PPE.
Free snacks and drinks included!

*Disclaimer: The film is a fictionalized narrative of an academic book and represents an interesting take on climate action that is worth watching and discussing. The screening is not, however, a call to action in itself.
